Where are folders located in Webmail?

Folders in Webmail are kept on the IMAP server. This makes them accessible using any IMAP client.

If you are not seeing folders, such as the "Sent" folder, or the "TRASH" folder, it is possible you have not expanded the folder list.

To the left of the message index and message view is a list of commands: "Get New Email", "Compose Message" "INBOX", and so on. To the left of "INBOX" is a little plus sign in a box. Click on it. This will reveal three more options: "IMAP Folders", "Mailboxes", and "Folder Manager".

IMAP folders, such as Sent, TRASH, and any other folder you might create are located in "IMAP Folders". Click on the plus-sign to the left of "IMAP Folders" to see them.

"Folder Manager" takes you to the "Folder Manager" page, where you can create and delete folders, share folders with other users, Subscribe to folders and other commands. The "Folder Manager" page is also useful for seeing where your quota is being used.

The "Mailboxes" page is for creating external POP3 mailboxes to, for example, check your RoadRunner account.
