Unable to send outgoing email messageThe "Unable to send message" errors appear when for some reason WebMail was unable to send an outgoing email message. This can happen for several reasons, such as the server is unavailable of or busy. Or, because the recipient email address is not valid. If you get the "Message exceeds maximum fixed size" message, it is because the message you are sending is larger than the maximum outgoing message size allowed by the SMTP (outgoing email) server. If you are sending attachments, keep in mind that attachments have to be encoded for sending by email, and this usually results in a message getting larger. For example, 20 megabytes of attachments might encode to more than 25 megabytes of outgoing message.
