When I upload a file I get error: "Page cannot be displayed"This happens sometimes with Internet Exporer after clicking on the "Attachment" button, while composing a message. If you get this error, first try closing the attachment window and try again. In most cases this will resolve the problem. If the error page persists, try closing the attachment window, clearing the browser's "temporary files" and try again. If that fails, logout of webmail and restart your browser. You should also ensure that you are running the latest patches for both Windows and IE. If the error page pursists after taking these steps, please report it to webmail-support-l@lists.rpi.edu. In the report include your Operating system and browser versions. You can also use an alternative browser, such as firefox
