Failure encountered while attempting to move message(s) to TRASH. Server says: "Over quota "If you are over quota, or very close to quota, and attempt to delete a message, you may receive this error. This is because Webmail moves messages to the TRASH folder, instead of deleting them. To move a message, you need enough quota to make a copy during the move. To fix this, go into the "Options->Account Info" menu, and uncheck the "Send deleted messages to "TRASH" folder" at the bottom of the page. Click the "Save" button. This will turn off the TRASH folder. Now, deleting a message removes it without making a copy in the TRASH folder. Once you have freed enough space, you can re-enable the TRASH folder, if you like. For best performance, it is best to also delete the message from the POP3 (incoming email) server. To do this, also select the "Deleting email from TRASH deletes from POP3 server" checkbox on the "Account Info" page. See: I get "POP Server error" or "Can't Login to POP server" for more information.
