Webmail Help: Folder <FolderName> is not a TRASH folder, cannot empty.

This error can occur if you are using multiple tabs in a tabbed browser, and you try to empty your trash.

It can also occur if you used a back button after moving to a different folder, then tried emptying the TRASH. Neither of these situations are supported under Webmail@Rensselaer.

The solution is to use only one window for Webmail@Rensselaer, and to use the left side navigation bar rather than using the Back button. Webmail@Rensselaer supports the use of only one window per session, and the Back button is never recommended for webmail applications, since previous pages may not accurately reflect the current state of your mailbox, and may lead to unexpected results.
