Obtaining a New RCS Account or Password

In person...

Members of the Rensselaer community can pick up their RCS account or new password at the VCC Help Desk during normal business hours (M-Th: 8:30am - 5pm, F: 8:30am - 4pm). Be sure to bring a photo ID with you.

Via e-mail...

If you have a working non-Rensselaer e-mail address, you can request your RCS userID or new password by sending e-mail to the Help Desk staff.

The request needs to include the following information:

Your full name
Either your Rensselaer Identification Number (RIN), or your RCS e-mail address or userID, which you can obtain via the campus directory.

You will be sent a "pickup pin," along with additional instructions for obtaining your new RCS userID and/or password.
